While you are logged in you will see a new tab at the far right in the top navigation bar called “Account.” Hovering over this button then clicking on "Portal Home" will take you to your Portal page, or allow you to log out.


NOTICE: IBM/Watson support for GaHIN ended 9/30/21. If you have not onboarded to the new platform, you cannot access GaHIN data or services. GaHIN services will be available for each member as they go live on the GeorgiaConnX platform.  For members who are live, member support is provided by Velatura.



System training is now underway for GeorgiaConnX. Training has been scheduled for:

  • Every Tuesday from 2-3 PM beginning 10/19 through 11/16
  • Every other Thursday from 3-4, including 10/28 and 11/11

Velatura's GaHIN Help Desk (for Onboarded Members)

  • To report critical system production issues (such as system down) after hours through the Help Desk, phone 1-833-738-1224 and follow direction to access Production Support

  • If you are currently onboarding to the new Velatura system, support is provided directly by the Velatura implementation team. You will be notified when your onboarding is complete and can use Velatura's GaHIN Help Desk.
