Scheduled Maintenance/Downtime

GeorgiaDirect - Health Catalyst 

  • Routine monthly maintenance:  2nd Tuesday of each month beginning at 6:00 p.m. MDT with all maintenance work targeted for completion within a 3-hour window

 

Georgia ConnectedCare - IBM Watson Health

  • Routine monthly maintenance:  1st Saturday of each month with specific time frames to be included in the IBM notification

  • "Ad-hoc" downtime will be scheduled for Tuesday evenings with an IBM notification sent to member including more specific information for each occurrence
